A new residential project has been proposed in Newark, Alameda. The project proposal includes the development of hundreds of single-family detached homes, replacing an auto part and scrap metal salvage lot, known as Pick-n-Pull. Clark Construction Group has announced that crews have started construction on the new University of California, San Francisco Clinic Building that will occupy Block 34 in San Francisco’s Mission Bay. The groundbreaking event follows the beginning of construction on a 500-car garage for UCSF in April of this year.
Permits have been approved to reduce residential units to be built at 10500 International Boulevard in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Oakland. The move reduces the eventual construction from offering 529 units to 393. While phase one is currently underway to build a seven-story and 324 unit structure, a planned phase two will now build just 69 units versus the initial 205 proposed. AMG & Associates LLC is responsible for the application.
