Contra Costa County Planning Committee will be reviewing plans for a new two-story commercial building at 100 Lafayette Circle. The new 13,000 square feet mixed0use structure will replace the building destroyed by fire.

Development permits have been approved for new housing project at 3483 and 3491 Golden Gate Way in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The project proposes to demolish the existing apartment building spanning over 27,040 square feet and constructing a new four-story residential building with a subterranean parking garage, a public plaza, and a park. The construction will span across two parcels on the corner of First Street and Golden Gate Way.
New renderings have been released for a residential building at 950 Hough Avenue in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The illustrations come as the city council continues to push back a decision to approve the project, which would provide twenty new houses near the city center, of which three will be sold as affordable housing. The Griggs Resource Group is responsible for the development, operating through 950 Hough Investors LLC.
