The South San Francisco Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for a seven-story residential infill at 1477 Huntington Avenue, South City, San Mateo County. The proposal will bring 262 new homes near the San Bruno BART Station and three expansive masterplans. Overton Moore Properties is the project developer.
Renderings and details have been released for 1125 O’Brien Drive in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The five-story development is the third new R&D office space proposed by the same developer for an industrial neighborhood across from Facebook’s proposed mixed-use Willow Village. Tarlton Properties is the project sponsor and building owner.
Excavation work is wrapping up for the first phase of the new Youtube Headquarters in San Bruno, San Mateo County. A corner facade mock-up has been delivered on-site, showing off the SHoP Architects-designed black integrated metal louver system that will wrap around the mass-timber framework in the new offices. San Francisco-based Ellis Partners is the development manager.
The City of San Carlos has approved plans for a three-story R&D building at 888 Bransten Road in San Carlos, San Mateo County. The decision comes after the Environmental Impact Report concluded that construction would not have a significant effect on the environment. The property was sold in late 2021 from Black Mountain Properties to Alexandria Real Estate Properties.
Construction has topped out for the apartment infill at One Adrian Court in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project will create 265 new homes within walking distance of the Millbrae BART and Caltrain station. SummerHill Apartments is the project developer.
