Construction has topped out for phase one of the YouTube headquarters redevelopment in San Bruno, San Mateo County. Crews have brought together the steel and mass-timber frame that form two three-story office buildings designed by the New York-based SHoP Architects. San Francisco-based Ellis Partners is the development manager.
Construction has topped out for the six-story housing development at 732 El Camino Real in San Bruno, San Mateo County. Once complete, the project will add 134 rental units within walking distance of the city’s Caltrain Station. AMG & Associates is the project developer.
Construction is finishing on a four-story residential building at 889 McLellan Drive in South San Francisco, San Mateo County. The project will bring twenty for sale apartments next to the South City BART Station, grocery stores, and the El Camino High School campus.
