Nine new units and extra open space will be added to the site by reclaiming parking space for housing. Veritas Investments Inc. are responsible for the development through 610-660 Clipper I1 LLC.
Permits have been filed for a new three-story residential building to be constructed at 2119 Castro Street in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The development will double the site’s household capacity, from one to two. The thirty-foot structure will yield 4,715 square feet, mostly uniform around 1,100 square feet across the three floors and basement. Modern Construction Inc. will be in charge of putting the building together.

Demolition permits have followed suit, describing the existing building as a one-story single-family lot. The 48 bus is roughly a block away from the address.
