The project will merge two vacant parcels, resulting in three new structures and surface parking. Sacramento-based RAD-Development is managing the application and design.

The Leisure Lane Apartments would create 121 market-rate apartments on the former Woodlake Hotel property. AG Spanos Companies is the developer operating for property owner Columbia Pacific Management.
