The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale residential community offering 92 single-family residences and 18 affordable houses, along with some duet homes. Foothill Boulevard Holding Company is listed as the project applicant.
Construction has started for an over three-hundred-unit residential development at 4452 Rosewood Drive within Pleasanton’s Hacienda Business Park area. The project is replacing 8.4 acres of surface parking from an existing office campus housing and a multi-level garage surrounded by landscaping. AvalonBay Communities is the project developer.
New plans have been filed for a five-story apartment complex at 1008 Stoneridge Mall Road, reshaping a small portion of the surface parking around the Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, Alameda County. The car-oriented proposal will create 360 apartments wrapped around the 473-car garage. Simon Property Group is the project sponsor and developer.
