The project proposal includes the construction of a nine-story mixed-use building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. Plans call for the demolition of an existing commercial building on the site. Trachtenberg Architects is the project architect, with NX Ventures as the project developer.
A new rendering has been published for an eight-story mixed-use infill at 2350 and 2360 Telegraph Avenue in Southside, Berkeley. The plans would replace the three-story Bear Basics clothing store and a single-story retail store with 48 apartments. Kick-Axe Properties is responsible for the application.
