New plans have been published alongside a project review meeting request for the adaptive reuse of the 102-year-old Alexandria Theater at 5400 Geary Boulevard in the Richmond District of San Francisco. The eight-story proposal looks to expand the long-closed theater to produce 83 units with ground-floor retail. TimeSpace Group is responsible for the application.
The Los Gatos City Council voted 3-2 in favor of moving forward on a large mixed-use development located at 143-151 East Main Street, just across the street from Los Gatos High School in Santa Clara County. The 52 foot tall building is brought by developers Capstack Partners, with designs by Kenneth Rodriguez and Partners.
The Cupertino Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tonight for a 59-unit townhouse development at 20840 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, Santa Clara County. The proposal looks to add several dozen townhouse-style units to roughly three acres along the city’s primary thoroughfare. Summerhill Homes is the sponsor and project developer.
Construction has started for a new senior living community campus dubbed The Glen at Heather Farm in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County. The development is looking to add over three hundred and fifty units of housing across several structures at 850 Seven Hills Ranch Road. Spieker Senior Development Partners is the project developer.
Updated permits have been filed for the residential development of 113-115 Roscoe Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The latest preliminary filing invokes Senate Bill 423 to streamline the approval of two duplexes on a hillside lot next to the proposed 150 Porter Street. San Bruno-based Rick Bruce of Bruce Construction is listed as the property owner.
