New documents were filed by San Francisco’s Recreation and Parks Department for the renovation and improvement of several community baseball fields located at 799 Mosco Street. The fields are part of an athletic complex adjoining the John MacLaren Park in the Crocker-Amazon neighborhood of Southeastern San Francisco.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a small residential development at 1311 Derby Street in Southwest Berkeley, Alameda County. The initial plan looks to use state law to replace a red-tagged single-family house with four detached townhomes. Oakland-based John Newton Design & Development is responsible for the application.
New renderings have been published for the five-story corner housing at 3720 Telegraph Avenue in Mosswood, Oakland. The updated illustrations show an adjusted approach with slightly decreased unit capacity. Arcata-based Danco Group is the project applicant.
Preliminary plans have been submitted for new housing at 14830 Corralitos Lane in San Jose’s Alum Rock neighborhood. The proposal seeks to add 10 units to a single parcel, invoking the 2024-enacted state law Senate Bill 1123. The property owner is listed as a San Jose-based group.
Formal permits have been filed for the adaptive reuse of an office tower at 2121 South El Camino Real near the Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo, San Mateo County. The project is looking to convert the 12-story office tower into a 144-unit residential complex. Tennessee-based Tourbineau Real Estate Partners is the project developer.
