In February, SHVO revealed plans to renovate 545 Sansome Street as part of their Transamerica Pyramid masterplan, 2190 Shattuck Avenue kickstarted the race to be the tallest tower in Berkeley, and new renderings were revealed for the SOM-designed Buddhist Temple in Nob Hill.

Meeting Today for Housing at 1904 Adeline Street in West Oakland

Oakland’s Design Review Committee is scheduled to review plans for a four-story residential infill at 1904 Adeline Street later today. The proposal will replace the existing religious facility with the 50-home Friendship Senior Housing development in West Oakland, Alameda County. The property owner is listed as the Geral Agee Ministries and the Friendship Community Development Corporation.
