The San Francisco Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for an eight-story mixed-use infill at 744 Harrison Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project will replace a two-story commercial structure on a skinny 4,000 square foot lot with a new tourist hotel, group housing, and ground-level retail. Leon Lee & Associates are responsible for the development as the property owner.
Plans for two new homes have been filed for 201 Gellert Drive in Lakeshore, San Francisco. Construction would replace vacant land between Gellert Drive and Lake Merced Boulevard. Kotas/Pantaleoni Architects, a San Francisco-based office founded in 1981, will be responsible for the design.
Updated plans have been filed for the four-story residential infill at 5500 Mission Street in San Francisco’s Outer Mission neighborhood. The project will replace a vacant lot with 24 new homes and a childcare facility. Schaub Li Architects is managing the design.
The UCSF Nancy Friend Pritzker Psychiatry Building has finished and is being prepared for opening at 2130 3rd Street in Dogpatch, San Francisco. As part of the UCSF Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, it is one of the first medical facilities in the country to integrate physical and mental health care, interdisciplinary academics, and research. The project was developed in a joint venture with The Prado Group and SKS Partners.
The San Francisco Board of Supervisors has approved five-story plans for 3832 18th Street in the Mission District. The project has been shortened from a previous application with six floors but still has 19 group housing units. Vanguard Properties is responsible for the applicant, operating through M-J SF Investments LLC.
