The project proposal includes the construction of new additions to the San Francisco University High School project in the form of a three-story structure centered with a central gym, science classrooms, and outdoor space. Truebeck Construction, is the general contractor. Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects is responsible for the designs.

Partial demolition permits have been filed to facilitate the conversion of the La Quinta by Wyndham Hotel into affordable housing at 1390 El Camino Real in Millbrae, San Mateo County. The project hopes to use funds from the statewide Homekey program to create new permanent supportive housing. The Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco will operate the future property and services.

Unanimous Approval for Three Transamerica Redevelopment

The San Francisco Parks Department and Planning Commission have unanimously approved the Three Transamerica redevelopment in San Francisco’s Financial District. Three Transamerica, or 545 Sansome Street, is the second phase of SHVO’s billion-dollar investment in the historic office complex with design by Foster + Partners. Its adaptive reuse will create a new gateway for the city’s most iconic skyscraper.

City Opens Permanently Affordable Housing at City Gardens, SoMa

The City of San Francisco has officially opened the 2021-built apartment complex as a permanently affordable supportive housing facility at 333 12th Street in SoMa. The project was developed by Panoramic Interests and grabbed headlines as the first in San Francisco to utilize the State Density Bonus program. The city purchased the development last summer, less than a year after opening.
