SFYIMBY Year in Review: October 2022

For the last twelve days of the year, SF YIMBY will look back on each month to reflect on the biggest stories we covered. In October, we again broke the news about a proposed residential tower with renderings for the Bay Area, this time to be the tallest building in Oakland. Pre-construction progress was noted across the region, with Core Spaces making a second bid for 2128 Oxford Street to be the tallest project in Berkeley, new renderings for the OMA-designed 730 Stanyan Street, and Alexandria plans to redevelop the BART-adjacent Tanforan Mall in San Bruno. Meanwhile, construction progress was documented for the San Jose City College, 1510 Webster Street, and 2359 Harrison Street.
