Plans have been approved for an eight-story apartment complex at 400 Divisadero Street in San Francisco’s Lower Haight neighborhood. The 203-unit application received ministerial approval via Assembly Bill 2011. 4Terra Investments is the project sponsor.
Formal permits have been filed for a 17-story high-density infill project at 550 O’Farrell Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The application could bring 140 apartments, including 16 units of affordable housing, a block and a half from the tallest hotel in the city. HGA is responsible for the application and design.
Updated permits have been filed for the now-foreclosed project at 342-360 5th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The parcel has been a stalled pit in the ground since LEAP Development excavated the site in 2019. Paul Thompson of Novato-based Thompson Builders is now responsible for the application.
The San Francisco Board of Supervisors is scheduled to vote on a potential loan for the affordable housing proposal at 2530 18th Street in the city’s Mission District. The scheduled item relates to a potential $6.9 million loan for the acquisition of the two-story commercial structure. Mercy Housing is the project developer, working alongside the existing tenant, the Homeless Prenatal Program resource center.

The development aims to create three apartment structures with nearly four dozen apartments overlooking Highway 101. Schaub Li Architects is responsible for the application and design.
