The Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission Nearing Completion in SoMa, SF

The project rising at 706 Mission Street is one of the tallest projects rising in the city of San Francisco. Located in the SoMa neighborhood, it is bringing 146 new homes, a ground-level space for retail or restaurant, and a new four-story location for the city’s Mexican Museum designed by Mexico City-based TEN Arquitectos. The development comprises two towers, the historic ten-story Aronson building and the newly built 45-story tower designed by Handel Architects. Its future residents plan to move in by the end of the year.

This November saw a range of stories, including new housing in The Presidio, demolition of a funeral home in Lower Nob Hill, and a new frontrunner in the unofficial race for the tallest building in Berkeley. California Forever revealed its plan to expand the existing Suisun City municipality with its controversial planned city. However, the biggest stories came from Align Real Estate, with plans published this month to redevelop Safeways in Bernal Heights, the Fillmore District, and the Outer Richmond.
