The Emeryville Planning Commission will study plans Thursday for three stocky towers overlooking the Eastshore Freeway at 1650 65th Street. If built, the project would create 144 apartments along with commercial space for offices and laboratories. Longfellow Real Estate Partners is responsible for the application.
Tarlton Properties have filed an application to propose a new multi-structure office development at 995-1005 O’Brien Drive and 1300 Willow Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The project would create a five-story and four-story research and development building alongside a new parking structure. The offices will be less than a mile from the Facebook Headquarters at One Hacker Way.
New renderings have been revealed as the preliminary project application has been submitted for the expansion of 200 Kansas Street in SoMa, San Francisco. Situated right on the neighborhood border with Potrero Hill, the proposal will the existing structure’s function as a child daycare center for Bright Horizons at Kansas Street while nearly tripling the laboratory footprint. DES Architects & Engineers is responsible for the design.
