Of the 80 for-sale units, 72 will be three bedrooms, and eight will be two bedrooms. Unit sizes will range between 1,100 and 1,770 square feet each. A total of 16 will also be sold as affordable housing through the City of Novato’s housing program.

According to the Landsea Homes website, prices for the homes will range between $863,000 to $888,630. The firm writes of Verandah, “this brand new community of three-story attached townhomes is bringing a one-of-a-kind opportunity to live in an incredible destination bordering the San Pablo Bay.”

The project is rising along Redwood Boulevard, parallel with 101. Residents will be located between Wood Hollow Drive and the distinctive former Birkenstocks building, with parabolic triangular eves. The Novato San Marin Sonoma Marin train station is less than 15 minutes away by foot. Downtown Novato, with a myriad of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, is five minutes away by car.

Move-ins are expected in the early half of this year.
