Plans have been published for a mixed-use development at 877 West Fremont Avenue in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The plans will create 110 townhome-style condominiums and a new three-story medical office building. Silver Lake Foothill LLC is listed as the project applicant.

The property site will be reshaped with a dense road network connecting with each structure’s private garage. The medical office will yield 35,400 square feet of floor area and a separate surface parking lot. A new privately-owned public park will open beside the offices and townhomes, with a turf lawn, and seating.
The townhomes will rise between two to three stories. Of the 110 condominiums, 13 will be designated as affordable housing.

The 6.13-acre site is located at the corner of South Mary Avenue and West Fremont Avenue, near some strip malls and a neighborhood of single-story Eichler-style homes. Demolition will be required for the existing eight-building medical offices on-site.
