New renderings have been published for the eight-story residential infill plans for 2031 K Street in Midtown, Sacramento. The project would reshape the 0.73 acres currently occupied by surface parking and a single-story commercial building with 296 homes and parking spaces. D&S Development is responsible for the application.
Harbor Custom Development Inc has announced that they are purchasing the property at 1705 I Street, including plans for an eight-story mixed-use building in Midtown Sacramento. The project is entitled, with permits first filed in April of 2020 and approved in December. The Harbor announced they hope to build 208 new condominiums to be sold for under $400,000 each for first-time home buyers.
Demolition permits have been filed for a surface parking lot and small commercial structures at 1617 J Street to make way for a five-story apartment building near Midtown Sacramento. The project would add 74 new residential units to the state capital’s housing market. Phoenix Enterprises Inc is the property owner, with SKK Developments behind the application.
