The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to decide on an appeal later today of The Mark, a 23-story student-oriented project to be built at 475 South 4th Street in Downtown San Jose. The public teleconference meeting is scheduled to begin today, October 13th, at 6:30 PM. City staff has recommended the commission reject the appeal and approve the special use permits to commence construction. Permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a multi-family residential project at 475 South 4th Street in San Jose. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential building with on-site parking spaces.
