A new residential project has been proposed for development at 4850 Harwood Road in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story housing building, replacing an old storefront retail building on the site that was constructed in 1962. Affirmed Housing Group is the project applicant.
Project permits are under review for a proposed affordable housing project at 3090 South Bascom Avenue, located in the neighborhood of Cambrian Community, along the southern edge of San Jose. The five-story affordable housing proposal would add 79 new units to the San Jose market. The San Diego-based developer, Affirmed Housing, is responsible for the project.
Preliminary planning permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use development replacing a single-story Chuck E. Cheese location at 1371 Kooser Road in the Cambrian neighborhood in southern San Jose. The proposal is expected to offer 100% affordable multifamily apartments opposite the Princeton Plaza Mall. Affirmed Housing is responsible for the application.
Preliminary review permits have been filed for a new multi-story apartment building at 2080 Almaden Road in southern San Jose, Santa Clara County. Eighty units will be included, all of which are to be sold as affordable housing. San Diego-based Affirmed Housing will be responsible for the development.
