New renderings and update plans have been filed for the seven-story residential infill at 5250 Third Street in Bayview, San Francisco. The project will create a hundred rental units with affordable units for local teachers, nurses, and other middle-income professions. The Toboni Group is responsible for the development.
New plans are currently under review for a fifty-percent increase of housing in a proposed residential building at 4712-4720 3rd Street in Bayview, San Francisco. The revision of plans uses the HOME-SF, the city’s local density bonus program, and increases the 13-unit proposal to 21 units with affordable housing. The San Francisco-based CTW Home Improvement Inc owner is responsible for the developer as the property owner.
Recent preliminary project permits show that the development at 4550 Mission Street offers nearly three times the residential capacity as originally planned. Located in Outer Mission, San Francisco, the developers increased their plans from 24 to 69 apartments. The permits credit HOME-SF, a city-wide local density bonus program to encourage affordable housing near transit. The developer is not listed.
Demolition Permits have been filed for 3275 San Bruno Avenue in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco in order to build a multi-family residential project. The proposal includes demolishing a two-story two-unit building consisting of a warehouse and a private garage. Schaub Ly Architects are managing the demolition and construction.
