Development permits have been filed to construct a multi-family residential building on 1705 Mandela Parkway in Oakland’s Prescott neighborhood. The project features a 25,800 square foot development consisting of thirteen three-story townhome-style residential units. The construction will be done on six lots merged into one. The total site area is 14,668 square feet.
