The project will merge three lots at the corner of West MacArthur and West Street nearby the MacArthur BART Station and the intersection with I-580 and I-980. Riaz Capital, the project developer, hopes to break ground by May of 2022.

The project proposal includes merging three lots into one and constructing 92 residential condominiums, ground floor amenity spaces, and private open spaces. The site presently houses a former tire sales and auto service station constructed in 1975 and has been vacant since 2018. Riaz Capital is the applicant and developer involved with the project. 820 MacArthur LLC is the property owner. Levy Design Partners is managing the design concept and construction.
Development permits have been filed for a residential in-fill at 868 36th Street in Longfellow, Oakland. The project would fill a vacant parcel with two single-family dwellings. Union City-based design studio Cheryl Lima will be responsible for the design.
Development permits have been approved and demolition permits filed for the townhome development at 1035 Yerba Buena Avenue in Longfellow, Oakland. The project will add ten units to the city’s housing market just over ten minutes from the MacArthur BART Station. Riaz Capital is responsible for the development.
A Vesting Tentative Tract Map and Minor Conditional use permits for on-site five units, a mini-lot development, and a shared access facility have been submitted. The property is located at 3855 West Street in Longfellow, North Oakland. The project proposal includes constructing six residential units on the vacant lot and minor front entry and setback changes.
