The project aims to replace a gas station and single-story commercial building with retail and nearly four hundred rental apartments. N17 is responsible for the application and filing on behalf of the property owner, Allrise Capital.

The 18-story residential project has brought over two hundred middle-income rental units to the city directly across from the 2022-opened phase one of 5M. Curtis Development and the TNDC are jointly responsible for the project.
