The San Francisco Planning Department is scheduled to review an updated development agreement with Prado Group and SKS Partners for the residential redevelopment of 3333 California Street in Laurel Heights. The developer hopes to replace the former UCSF campus with 744 homes, retail, and public open space. New Plans for 3300 Geary Boulevard in Laurel Heights, San Francisco

Preliminary plans have been filed for a residential infill at 3300 Geary Boulevard in San Francisco’s Laurel Heights neighborhood. The project will replace the fire-gutted former home of the dim sum restaurant Hong Kong Lounge II with a seven-story complex with housing and retail. San Jose-based Jeffery Fu is responsible for the application and filing through Five Stars Investment LLC.

Updated Plans for 3333 California Street, Laurel Heights, San Francisco

Proposed modifications to the redevelopment plan give minor alterations to the approved mixed-use project of 3333 California Street in Laurel Heights, San Francisco. The development will replace the existing UCSF Laurel Heights property with 752 new apartments, a quarter of which will be affordable housing, retail, and more. The changes expand Euclid Green’s public open space by not building one duplex townhome, modifications to the Presidio Steps, and an adjustment to the project tree count. Prado Group is the project developer.
