A new housing project is all set to break ground today at its project site at 3301 Kerner Boulevard in San Rafael. The project proposal includes the construction of a 100% permanent supportive housing complex. The project will convert a vacant office building on the site. Eden Housing is the project developer. Van Meter Williams Pollack LLP is responsible for the designs.
Construction work has started for the six-story corner lot at 999 Third Street in San Rafael, Marin County. The project will provide 67 affordable homes for senior residents as part of Vivalon’s Healthy Aging Campus. The development is a joint venture with Vivalon and EDEN Housing.
The city of San Rafael has set aside $2.6 million in funding four affordable housing projects at 190 Mill Street in San Rafael. The project proposal includes the development of four affordable housing projects. The City Council unanimously approved the funding on Monday.
Trumark Homes recently announced that The Strand at Loch Lomond Marina in San Rafael has opened for sale. The new residential community includes 37 residences offered as a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium flats.

We, of course, do not take your attention for granted. However, in sum, all these permits add up to a significant contribution to the built environment of the Bay Area, and we would hate to miss them.
