Developer BXP is planning a large new housing development in North San Jose located at the corner of 2830 North First Street and East Plumeria Drive. The development is slated to include both market-rate and affordable housing on the site of a previously planned tech campus.
An updated Final Environmental Impact Report has been published for a sprawling urban redevelopment of the former California Pacific Medical Center campus at 3700 California Street in San Francisco’s Presidio Heights. The proposal looks to add nearly five hundred apartments across three blocks and over a dozen separate buildings. Prado Group is responsible for the application.
Plans have been approved for an eight-story apartment complex at 400 Divisadero Street in San Francisco’s Lower Haight neighborhood. The 203-unit application received ministerial approval via Assembly Bill 2011. 4Terra Investments is the project sponsor.
