The in-person meeting will review the plans to construct 38 new homes on a vacant parcel in the historic Old Oakland district. Turner Development Resource Group is the project applicant.
Permits have been created seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 805 Prune Street in Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story apartment building. The project will replace an onsite parking lot where there used to be a single residence. Fumio Suda Architect is responsible for the designs.
TMG Partners is expected to request an extension of the city’s approval for Telegraph Tower at 2201 Valley Street in Downtown Oakland. The developer had received approval for a 450-foot office tower in 2019.
