Winder Gibson Architects is listed as the firm responsible for designing the project and compiling the site application.
New building and demolition permit requests have been filed for a 27-story infill tower at 777 Sutter Street in San Francisco’s Lower Nob Hill neighborhood. The filings come less than two months after the planning applications were approved. FORMA Development Design & Management is the project sponsor and architect.
Preliminary permits have been filed with increased plans for a flat-iron mixed-use complex at 4101 3rd Street in Bayview, San Francisco. The proposal has increased from 2018-approved plans for a five-story building, with the application now seeking an eight-story building with housing and ground-floor retail. The property owner is listed as a Burlingame-based individual filing through 4101 Third Street LLC.
New construction permits have been requested for a new four-story home at 125 Maple Street in the Presidio Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The project will replace a vacant lot behind the opulent 1904-built Koshland House mansion. Sutro Architects is responsible for the application and design.
Preliminary permits have been filed to redevelop the Safeway at 3350 Mission Street in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights. This is the third proposal filed by Align Real Estate to replace an existing Safeway big-box store in the city with a new grocery store atop hundreds of new apartments. The Bernal Heights location is expected to produce over three hundred units across seven floors.
