This will make way for the La Scuola International School to expand its educational facilities in the neighborhood. La Scuola’s new development includes refurbishing their current building, 3250 18th Street, and 741 South Van Ness’s adaptive reuse.
Development plans are under consideration for the adaptive reuse of 48 Stockton Street, i.e., the Barneys Building, in Tenderloin, San Francisco. The proposal is to convert the existing retail hub to part-retail and part-offices across from 2 Stockton, 100 Stockton, and Union Square. Strada Investment Group is the sponsor responsible for the development.

New building permits have been filed for a mixed-use building at 3636-3657 Sacramento Street in Presidio Heights, San Francisco. The project will add 18 new apartments with ground-level retail and a second-level medical office. Sacramento Locust Associates are the project sponsor, with San Francisco-based Litke Properties responsible as the property owner.
