A press release from Kilroy Realty broke the news that 1800 Owens Street will be sold for $1.08 billion, breaking records as the second-highest price for a single property in San Francisco and the highest price per square foot in the city history at $1,440 per square foot. The property in question is a recently completed office complex in Mission Bay. Kilroy expects the deal to close at the end of March.
New building permits have been filed for a multi-family residential building at 342 22nd Avenue in Outer Richmond, San Francisco. The permits propose constructing a three-story residence with four dwelling units. The project proposal also includes demolishing an existing two-story two-family dwelling. Richmond Partners LLC have purchase the property. The builders plan to include facade improvements and a make one of the proposed dwelling units ADA accessible. Paul Beamer Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.
Development permits were filed seeking the approval of constructing new single-family homes at 666 Hamilton Street in Portola, San Francisco. The project proposal includes demolishing the existing abandoned single family residence and constructing three new residences with three ADUs. The scope of the project also includes subduing the existing lot into three lots and removal of all trees including one tree within ten feet of the front property line.
Facade installation is nearly complete for a new seven-story mixed-use office building at 345 4th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. A recent site-visit by SFYIMBY shows that the curtain wall installation has reached the sixth floor, is fully installed along 4th Street, and nearly finishing along Tandang Sora Street. Stanton Architecture is responsible for the design and is listed as the property owners operating through 4th & Harrison SF, LLC.
