Preliminary permits have been filed for a ten-unit residential infill along Los Banos Avenue in Moss Beach, San Mateo County. The project will reshape a vacant parcel close to the Half Moon Bay Airport. E&H Fourth Family LP is the property owner and applicant.

Details about the project are incredibly limited, with no contact details provided for the owners. The only information provided is that the E&H Fourth Family will construct around ten units on the properties around Los Banos Avenue. The application aims to be streamlined via Senate Bill 330, known as the Housing Crisis Act of 2019.

E&H Fourth Family LP is a Cupertino-based limited partnership associated with Emily and Hongtao Chen.

The Seal Cove neighborhood is a small residential enclave nestled between Pillar Point Bluff and the JV Fitzgerald Marine Reserve. The neighborhood is anchored by the Moss Beach Distillery, with more shops along Highway 1. The Half Moon Bay Harbor is just seven minutes away by bus. Moss Beach is a census-designated community north of Half Moon Bay and south of Montara.
