Property owner Group I is moving forward with plans to build 62 homes on the former nursery at 770 Woolsey Street in Portola, San Francisco. The proposal will reshape the 2.2-acre property with housing and a community center in two replica greenhouses. The news comes as the owner would not sell the site to Greenhouse Project, a community organization.

The project is the work of L37 Partners, with architecture by Handel.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 770 Woolsey Street in Portola, San Francisco. The project proposal includes a mix of residences and the demolition of the existing greenhouse nursery, the University Mound Nursery, on the project site. L37 Partners is the project developer. Iwamotoscott Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction. Fletcher Studio is responsible for the landscaping.
New building permits have been filed for a six-story industrial building at 2800 3rd Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The proposal will produce nearly a quarter-million square feet for light industrial use. Madison Capital is responsible for the development as the property owner.
Construction is moving along for one of the more eye-catching construction projects in the city, the Serif and The Line Hotel at 950 Market Street in the Tenderloin, San Francisco. L37 Partners is responsible for the development.
