The pre-application has finally been filed for a 50-story mixed-use tower at 2700 Sloat Boulevard in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset District. The increased plan, first hinted at last month, is a remarkable change from prior versions. Nevada-based CH Planning LLC is the project sponsor. A new affordable housing project has been approved for development at 9809 MacArthur Avenue in Castlemont, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story building offering residential units designated for extremely low-income households, streamlined using Assembly Bill 2162. Banta Design is responsible for the application and design.
