Regis Homes Bay Area is the project applicant. Dahlin Group Architecture is responsible for the designs.
The City of Orinda has approved plans for a new senior apartment complex at 10 Irwin Way in Orinda, Contra Costa County. The Vista Verde Community Housing Project will create new affordable senior housing within 12 minutes of the city’s BART Station. The Wyro Company is responsible for the application.
New renderings have been published for a three-story residential infill at 739 Sutter Avenue in Midtown, Palo Alto. The project hopes to replace an eight-unit apartment complex with twelve townhome units, including some affordable houses. Pleasanton-based DAHLIN Group is responsible for the design.
The Sacramento Planning Department has received an application for Northpointe Reserve, a proposed 48-unit suburban development in North Natomas, Sacramento. The project would reshape 2.7 acres of vacant land with added density at the corner of Bridgecross Drive and Honor Parkway. Next Generation Capital is the project applicant.
With 17 units per acre, the project will be an improvement over suburban sprawls’ usual density of four to five units per acre.
