Construction has started for Mission Paradise, a four-story affordable housing infill rising at 28000 Mission Boulevard in Hayward, Alameda County. The project will create 76 units for seniors residents earning between 20-80% of the Area’s Median Income. EAH Housing is the project developer.
New permits have been filed seeking entitlement for a sixteen-townhouse project at 4200 Acacia Avenue in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The plans split the housing between four structures, with drives covering a sizable portion of the 0.8-acre lot. Two units will be designated as affordable housing. Dividend Homes, a Morgan Hill-based homebuilder, is the project applicant.
New plans have been published for the Balboa Reservoir townhomes, an 89-unit component for the project that will create over a thousand homes next to the City College of San Francisco.
