A $40 million makeover has been proposed for Jackson Park, located in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The project proposal includes a $40million renovation for the Jackson Park. The San Francisco Recreation & Parks Commission approved the conceptual designs two weeks ago. The renovation project is a joint venture between San Francisco Recreation & Parks and the Friends of Jackson Park (FoJP).
The project profile application has been filed for a new SF Market Campus in San Francisco’s Bayview–Hunters Point community. The single-story warehouse building will provide modern facilities for the non-profit wholesale produce market. Jackson Liles Architecture is responsible for the design.
A self-storage and industrial project has been proposed for construction of 2270 McKinnon Avenue, Bayview Hunters Point, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building offering spaces for self-storage and industrial uses. The project would demolish an existing 5,817 square-foot accessory structures and surface parking lot on the site.
Partial demolition work has started on the vacant warehouse at 901 16th Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The property will soon be built up with a new location for the San Francisco Wholesale Flower Market. 901 16th Street LLC is listed as responsible for the development.
