Plans also call for the demolition of two existing commercial buildings. Grosvenor America is the property owner. Solomon Cordwell Buenz is responsible for the design concepts and construction. PGA Design is the landscape architect.
Oakland Planning Commission will be reviewing a design review application seeking the approval of a residential project on two parcels located at 8750 Mountain Boulevard in Sequoyah, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of townhouses at a site that formerly housed Oak Knoll Naval Hospital. Oak Knoll Venture Acquisitions LLC is the property owner and SunCal is the project applicant. Danielian Associates is managing the design concepts and PGA Design is managing the landscape design.
New renderings have been released as developers filed preliminary applications for an affordable senior housing development at 2125 Telegraph Avenue, located in the northern portion of Downtown Oakland. The eight-story building will rise beside the 1910-built former home to Oakland’s YMCA. Mercy Housing is responsible for the development.
