New renderings have been published ahead of tomorrow’s meeting regarding 525 12th Street, a ten-story urban infill poised to expand the institutional capacity of Samuel Merritt University in Downtown Oakland. Strada Investment Group is responsible for the application.
Pre-application permits have been filed for a new building at 520 11th Street in Downtown Oakland. The project would serve as a new main campus for Samuel Merritt University. The campus is currently located at 3100 Telegraph Avenue in Pill Hill, affiliated with Sutter Health and the Alta Bates Summitt Medical Center. Strada Investment Group is responsible for the application.
New permits have been filed to expand laboratory space within the recently-completed Sutter Health Building in the Polk Gulch neighborhood near San Francisco’s City Hall. The facilities at 1100 Van Ness Avenue opened in May of last year. The nearly half a million-square-foot structure will soon see work on a new clinical laboratory, offices, and general facilities for the University of California San Francisco.
