A preliminary application has been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 2587 Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story apartment complex. Gilbane Development is the project applicant. Telegraph Blake LLC is the property owner.
The Design Review Committee is scheduled to review plans for the six-story residential development at 3031 Telegraph Avenue in Elmwood, Berkeley. The project will create 127 new apartments, including nine very low-income apartments, by a Whole Foods grocery store just over half a mile from the Ashby BART Station. Grubb Properties is the project sponsor.
The pre-application permit has been filed for the six-story residential infill at 2800 Telegraph Avenue in South Berkeley, Alameda County. The new filing comes with a new floor and three more units than the initial filing in June of last year. With 16 units, the proposal will replace a low-slung commercial structure with 16 large apartments. Trachtenberg Architects is responsible for the design.
