The seven-story project has reshaped two transit-adjacent parcels with hundreds of homes and even more parking. MidPen Housing is the project sponsor.
Construction has topped out for the expansion of the Cordilleras Health Center at 200 Edmonds Road in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The replacement project will expand the county-owned mental health treatment space nestled within two open space preserves on the San Francisco Peninsula. Skanska is the project’s general contractor.
New plans have been filed for the residential project at 500 East 4th Avenue in San Mateo, San Mateo County. The application shifts the once mixed-use application to create 353 homes above retail. Windy Hill Property Ventures is responsible for the application.
