Planning applications have been filed for a new three-block mixed-use development at 200, 211, and 215 North 16th Street, located on the outskirts of Downtown Sacramento within the River District Special Planning District. If built, the project would expand the urban core with 540 new dwelling units and roughly 70,000 square feet of commercial use. Bauen Capital is responsible for the development.
New plans have been revealed for an eight-story residential building at 1330 N Street in Downtown Sacramento. The proposal, called The Warren, contrasts with an earlier version with a sleek design by Kohn Pedersen Fox. D&S Development is responsible for the proposal, set to add 17 condominiums and 75 apartment units to the state capitol’s housing market.
Demolition permits have been filed along with new illustrations for The Kind Project residential proposal. The three-story project would create 72 new units to 1901 8th Street in Downtown Sacramento. Fulcrum Property is the property owner responsible for the development.
The residential plan review has been submitted for a two-building townhome development addressed as 916-918 T Street and 2014 10th Street in Downtown Sacramento. The proposal will replace surface parking lots with eight residences for the State Capital housing market. Tomato Alley Infill is the project name. Ellis Architects is responsible for the design.
