According to city planning documents, the project is expected to bring 314 residential units and a shared amenities clubhouse to the suburban area north of the city center. Watt Communities is responsible for the property as the developer and owner.

The buildings in question are along the same road, with addresses at 3050, 3056, 3062, 3068, 3074, and 3080 Meadow Run-Walk.
