Alliant Capital has announced the $30 million investment has closed, progressing plans to build the 151-unit affordable housing project at 450 Kawana Springs Road in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County. The 60-foot project will bring a new hub of medium-high density residential living immediately opposite the large Santa Rosa Market Place shopping center inside the Mendocino / Santa Rosa Avenue Priority Development Area.
