The application comes after the planning commission approved the 182-unit affordable housing proposal in March of this year. oWOW is responsible for the development and design, operating through 1510 Webster Street LLC.
New building and demolition permits have been filed as developers move forward to build a seven-story residential building at 424 28th Street in Pill Hill, Oakland. The proposal will add 47 apartments, including some affordable housing. Three Steps Properties is the project developer.

The development, currently addressed as 0 Keller Avenue, would be near existing housing on top of an 883,250 square foot plot of land densely populated with oak trees. Collaborative Design Studio is responsible for the design.
Building permits have been issued for an eight-story residential building at 37 8th Avenue in the waterfront Brooklyn Basin development near Downtown Oakland. This comes after an April site visit spotted a newly-built platform rising over the waterfront for 37 8th Avenue, also known as Parcel J. Cityview is the project developer after purchasing the piece from masterplan developer Signature Development Group.
Oakland Planning Commission will be reviewing a design review application seeking the approval of a residential project on two parcels located at 8750 Mountain Boulevard in Sequoyah, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of townhouses at a site that formerly housed Oak Knoll Naval Hospital. Oak Knoll Venture Acquisitions LLC is the property owner and SunCal is the project applicant. Danielian Associates is managing the design concepts and PGA Design is managing the landscape design.
