Increased plans have been filed for a vacant lot at 707 Washington Street, between 7th and 8th Street in Downtown Oakland. The newest proposal expects to create 50 new homes, up from a 24-unit application in 2014. Ronnie Turner of Turner Development Resource Group is responsible for the project.
New plans have been revealed for a multi-structure development with a 30-story tower at Lot X, overlooking the iconic yellow Tower Bridge in Downtown Sacramento. The project, to be addressed as 210 N Street, will create a high-density hub with housing, offices, and retail across from Crocker Park in an existing urban environment. Southern Land Company is responsible for the application.
New renderings have been revealed for the proposed life sciences campus in Millbrae, San Mateo County. The project will add over half a million square feet with space for over two thousand employees, across from the mixed-use Gateway at Millbrae Station development. Greystar is partnering with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, a major investor in biotech projects across the nation.
New renderings have been revealed for a residential infill at 200-220 Alice Street, by the Oakland Waterfront in Jack London Square. The six-story development is expected to create over two hundred apartments, of which many will be priced as affordable. Riaz Capital is responsible for the application.
New renderings have been published ahead of a public meeting for 1431 Franklin Street, a high-rise project in Downtown Oakland. The Oakland Design Review Committee will be presented with a residential and office concept for the property tomorrow. The applications are led by San Francisco-based Tidewater Capital and the Los Angeles-based Large Architecture.
