The three-structure project is the second construction phase, creating over three hundred homes between Google’s headquarters and the Mountain View Caltrain. Sares Regis is the developer, working for Lighthouse Real Estate Investments.
The Supplemental Environmental Impact Report has been published for the 25-story residential infill at 439 South 4th Street in Downtown San Jose, Santa Clara County. The filing will create 210 new homes from the half-acre property close to the SJSU campus. 439 S. Fourth Street, LLC, associated with Nelly Amas, is the project applicant.
Updated plans will be reviewed tomorrow for 123 Sherman Avenue in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The three-story office infill will reshape the transit-adjacent property with new employment space and two floors of parking. Smith Development is the project sponsor.
New permits have been filed to entitle the eight-story residential development plans for 350 homes at 3997 Fabian Way in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The filing uses the Builder’s Remedy provision of the state’s Housing Accountability Act to increase residential capacity from the 2.15-acre site. Juno Realty Partners is the developer.
The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for the Facchino District next to the Berryessa BART Station, Santa Clara County. The 13.05-acre site will contribute to the dense mixed-use master plan. The Bumb family, the Flea Market’s current property owner and founder is responsible for the application.
