Updated permits have been filed for a 30-acre subdivision to rise at 853-901 Main Avenue in Robla, North Sacramento. The low-density project will provide just 4.5 units per acre across from the Futures High School and Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes cemetery. The current applicant is not specified.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a large podium complex at 220 West 20th Avenue in San Mateo, San Mateo County. The proposal will add over two hundred units to a large plot of land near the intersection of El Camino Real and Highway 92. SummerHill Apartments is the project developer.
The West Midway Development took a step forward earlier this week when new plansets were submitted for design review in Area A of the project. The original development plan for the Alameda Point neighborhood was approved in June of 2023. Brookfield Properties has now brought more specific plans for the development of 284 units on the 12.4-acre site. The designs by KTGY Architecture + Planning and Woodly Architecture Group will include a combination of Duets, Townhomes, and Condominiums.
Earlier this week, the Pinole Planning Commission approved the final subdivision map for a new development project to be built on the site of a former medical center located at 2151 Appian Way. DeNova Homes, a Northern California-based housing developer, worked with SDG Architects to propose a combination of stacked flats and townhomes, totaling 154 new units on the 7.7-acre site.
New plans have been shared for an undeveloped plot of land at 201 Rollingwood Drive in Vallejo, Solano County. The proposal will add 130 single-family homes to the former baseball fields of East Vallejo Little League. Los Angeles-based KB Home is the developer.
